La preparazione fisica, il legame tra i componenti della squadra, il rapporto con lo staff e come i diversi ruoli lavorino insieme per far accadere la magia.

Everyone can witness what happens during a professional volleyball game, the crowd, the atmosphere, the rallies and the high fives, but only some are granted access to what happens before. Few have the chance to see the physical preparation, the team's inner connection, the interaction with the staff and how different roles work together to make the magic happen.
Benefitting of the full access we were granted by Vero Volley Milano, we could peek inside the unseen. We could ask Alessia Orro, Paola Egonu, Dana Rettke and Nika Daalderop, the questions every fan would pose to themselves.
