Poetry - Delicious, the best cake I've had.
My friends say it is the best in the world :)
The recipe is really easy to make.

Ingredients
Cake:
6 eggs
125g sugar
200g walnuts
1 tbsp wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Chocolate mass:
2 milk chocolate bars
1 dark chocolate bar
250ml 36% cream
3 bananas
Whipped cream:
500ml 36% cream
12-16g vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 pcs cream-fix (cream stiffener)
Preparation
Grind walnuts so that there are noticeable small pieces.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, at the end add a tablespoon of flour and baking powder and mix for a while more.
Add ground nuts to the mixture and combine the ingredients with a spoon.
Whip the egg whites to stiff foam and gently mix with the mixture.
Put the whole mixture into a baking pan of about 30 x 25cm lined with paper.
Bake for 35 minutes or 20-25 minutes with the thermo function at 170°C.
After baking, turn the slightly cooled cake over and gently pull off the paper and put it back into the mold with the bottom up.
Break the milk chocolate and bitter chocolate into pieces into a small pot (set aside 1 strip of bitter chocolate - it will be grated on top of the cake at the end)
Add cream and heat the whole thing, stirring constantly, dissolve until smooth.
Set the chocolate mixture aside to cool.
Cut 2-3 bananas into 3-4mm thick slices and arrange them on the cake one next to the other.
Pour the cooled chocolate over the whole.
Whip the cream briefly and add vanilla sugar and mixed powdered sugar and cream-fix, then whip to the right consistency and put on the chocolate mixture.
Grate a piece of dark chocolate over the top.
Put the cake in the refrigerator, it is best after a few hours.
