Because of the light skin and super bleached blond hair. I’m a natural blond so my eyebrows are super light and almost non-visible (unless I tint them), which looks cohesive with the overall light hair and pale skin. If someone has dark hair and skin and no eyebrows, it looks more off because the brain even subconsciously registers something being unusual. It can be an aesthetic choice though.

The girl who won was the only one who didn’t trash talk her past self. I knew she would make it far from that alone, but when she said she was embracing the curls, it was no contest. I felt like most of these girls were trying to make themselves so different from who they naturally are in order to compensate for insecurity or childhood trauma. The winner gave vibes like she just grew up and gained MORE confidence in herself. Hard to compete with that.
