I think it’s kinda sad how the young girl resorted to sex appeal with the provocative dance and low cut top and shorts while the boy was advertising his talent and charisma. This is not a criticism of her as she is simply a byproduct of our society, and at such a vulnerable age too. You can see initially Jennifer is shocked that she is going for this angle, but Joe is encouraging of it because we’re so used to women’s value aligning with their sex appeal instead of allowing innocency and talent to trump it.
