Had the same exact problem. I have an S20 ultra. Only way to reset this -Go to Sim Manager - More Sim Settings-Due sim always on- Select How to forward calls . Only forward calls from Sim 1 to esim

@@romel8897886 Hi, please take your device to your preferred carrier/service provider that supports eSIM technology. You can also convert a physical SIM if your carrier allows that. Once you purchase an eSIM, they will activate it for you.

Hey!! why my s21 don’t support dual sim card, it has only one slot.
Your phone fully supports dual SIM. But if it has only one slot it means the other SIM is an eSIM.
