As a guy who fishes 5 days a week all over Texas I fish to get away from all that. I turn my phone off and turn the trolling motor on and try to connect with god and a big ol fat girl 🐳

I-10 potholes - Tru-Dat!~ I sent a Triton and trailer airborn on one of the I-10 bridge seam potholes; at least that made the tailgater slide back a bit. Love following your videos, you and Lulu are a class act.

for those wondering about the rod break... 13 fishing (along with every rod maker in the industry) has prototypes and experimental rods that the pros put through hell... it could be an experimental composite, wall thickness, action...ect.. this is how the rods are designed and tested long before they get into the hands of the everyday angler.. every company has the same rod breakage (believe it or not, they want it) and most of the time you will never see it.... im sure this rod will go back to the factory where they will dissect it and use that info too produce the best product for the pro and consumer..... when finished and it passes the Gman hookset, you can be rest assured that you have the best rod money can buy... ya gotta admit,, the rod blow up was awesome... and he didnt lose the fish...lol.. awesome vid Gman.... I've blowed up a few rods in my life but that was down right impressive!!! LOL Man I live about 20 mins from the Sabine River and I grew up fishing it along with the Calcasieu river but I've pretty much wrote them off...

I have seen guys snap rods while setting the hook before, I have done it a few times myself. But I have never seen a rod explode into a hundred pieces like that!!!

Geesh GMAN what kind of garbage rod was that? I aint never gonna buy that brand. Haha I actually came here cause I saw your video about the snapped 13 rod and respected that video you made and figured I gotta check it out. I've got a couple 13 FATE rods and a couple 13 Origin reels to match and I love mine, that Origin reel is hands down the best reel I've ever owned and used for under 100$. Good lord man I thought I ripped some lips but I bet the lips on your fish really do come off. I bet they're swimmin around in your livewell tryin to figure out how the hell they're missing their lips after getting whiplashed and thrown 30 feet into the air hahahaha. You know you set hard when the other dood sitting down starts flinching every time lmao. Got a new sub from me brother. Tight lines.

I think we have a mutual friend in Camden Ala..without giving his name..his initials are JM..He fishes alot of tournaments in Demopolis and around Millers ferry but he's originally from pcola..I fish alot of tournaments on choctawhatchee and appalachicola..please let me know if you can think of who I'm talking about..I bet we have another thing in common also..BOOGIEMAN

Could be wrong but pretty sure that comes standard on the PHX.
I believe It's the g-force conservation cull gen 2 kit by TH MARINE. Comes with the bracket and a balance beam. I've got the same one.

I would like for you to explain your thoughts on why what could have been a $200 fishing rod exploding into 4 pieces. I personally seen it happen on larger fish 8 9 10 lb but not on a 2lb fish.

Sabine was a ditch pickle event for sure. I have caught some good ones on the Sabine but in Louisiana water and I know y’all could not go into Louisiana and that sucks. Best of luck to you G hope you destroy them this year.
