  • BTECH GMRS-V2 replaces the BTECH GMRS-V1
This is what I would have told BTECH to make the next version of this radio.
I've had the V1 since 2017 and my wife likes it a lot.
200 Memory Channels that can store & use any GMRS frequency.
My radio's power is Low 1.3 watts, High 4.6 watts (channels 8-14 0.23 watts to stay within the 0.5 watt ERP rules)
    Receive range 136-179.99 & 400-520.99 & FM broadcast
I am a fan of the Baofeng UV-82 series of radios:
    UV-82 Amateur 2m/70cm 5 watt
    UV-82HP Amateur 2m/70cm 8/7 watt
    UV-82C Commercial VHF/UHF 5 watt
    GMRS-V2 GMRS 5 watt
    MURS-V1 MURS 2 watt
