Hi Shital, Can you pls check if the battery is low. The other reason could be the test strip has expired. The strips need to be consumed within 3 months of opening the container.

Hi Shameem, This could be because of low battery or strips have expired. The strips expire within 3 months of opening the container.

Hi, When you select hour format either 12 or 24 hrs you can see am/pm switching during time setup. Hope this works.

Hi Rohit, The time and date setting is one time operation. You don't need to perform this on every test.

Hi Mahadev, Please check the expiry date on strips. Once the container is opened all strips needs to be used within 3 months.
If the strips are okay then try changing battery once. Hope this helps.
