I really need your help.
Pls am repairing a 10KVA ups with low battery alarm, even though the batteries are all replaced.
16 batteries in total, summing to 213v from multimeter check, but what appear on ups screen is 174v .
Kindly assist me , what could be the possible cause of the fault which affecting the voltage failure sensing.

smd transistor chek ki to WO bi short bta rahi thi to phir ma ne ic uc 3843 WO bhi nikal diya.lakin phir bhi short.
dekhny me resisters OK lag rahi hai lakin short hai.
agey achi Tara se samaj nai aa rahi.
