pp I never heard any songs from this album or seen promotions for it in Canada. A new Zealand girl with chunky Dreads I met in Toronto when I worked for second cup burned this album for me... Never heard of them at all until she gave me a copy.

New Zealand music doesnt make it much further than Aus but in the early 00's shapeshifter was playing at every bar a in the southern hemisphere for a solid 10 years
just as i dont know any local candian bands does it make them less over rated in your home-town ?

pp no it doesn't. NickelBack is an example. A Canadian band. With Douchy lyrics and simple strings o. A guitar sound blew up in Toronto. Every bar and on the radio played thier generic rock. So I guess if someone out of town said NickelBack was underrated, I would respectively tell them they are not in my hometown. Instead of act like a dick in the comment section.
