- After 14 years since the events of Avatar of 2009, Jake Sully’s family has gotten suprisingly big.
So today, I’ll explain the entire silly’s family tree, including dead family members and forgotten family dynamics from previous movies that are relevant in the new movie fire and Nash. Most of the characters in the avatar franchise are actually part of the big extended family therefore the entire franchise is actually about family kind of like star wars.
So today, I’ll explain the entire Sully family tree-including dead relatives and forgotten family dynamics from earlier films that become important again in Fire and Ash. Most characters in the Avatar franchise are actually part of this extended family, which means the entire saga is ultimately a story about family drama-similar to Star Wars.
So let’s break down Sally’s family tree and all its members. Jake and Neyturi had 5 kids 2 adopted and 3 biological and they all have unique family dynamics and connections to other character.
Starting with Jake Sully himself who was born on Earth on August 24th 2126. Since he didn’t have any interest in sciences he joined the marines. However, while serving in Venezuela he suffered a terrible injury and was paralyzed from the waist down. But many people forget His twin brother Tom Sully, he was a scientist with PhD honours participating in the Avatar program on Pandora.
Initially RDA grew an aftificial Na’vi human hybrid for Tom but, He was killed by a thief who tried to steal his wallet which is why RDA recruited Jake. The avatar body grown for Tom can only be operated by someone with the same DNA as him therefore to avoid loosing a substantial investment RDA recruited Jake to take his brother’s place.
After arriving on Pandora human Jake operates the artificially grown avatar body and tries to become one of NA’vi in order to make them cooperate with RDA. However, Jake Sully falls in love with Neytiri the daughter of the Clan leaders. Her full name is Neytiri te Tskaha Mo'at'ite she is the princess of the Omaticaya clan and is choicen to be the future Tsahik, the spiritual leader of the clan.

Sylwanin is not Neytiri’s twin, she her older sister. Plus T’sutey was Sylwanin’s promised mate and they loved each other very much. So after her death Neytiri was promised to T’sutey. But neither of them loved each other, they both viewed each other as friends, because T’sutey never stopped loving Sylwanin

Given her strong connection to Eywa, I see Kiri becoming a very powerful Tsahik. She'll either take over from Mo'at or stay with the Met'kayina and replace Ronal.
Kiri isn't related at all to the Sullies. She's adopted. She's a biological clone of Dr. Grace's avatar by Eywa. She has no biological father. She's basically a reborn Dr. Grace. Eywa is her mother.

I don’t think they can transfer avatars because Neteyam and Grace would have transferred to other avatars instead of both being killed off.
@Megz1794Netayem would have been dead before they even got to Ewa. The dead can’t transfer. Grace was to weak to come out of whatever they were doing to go into her avatar. Except she did kinda come out cause Kiri is an extension of Ewa and Grace. So we know what happens with Regular Avatars but what about one personally created by Ewa herself?
@OmgJustyce:I know that iam just saying I don’t think the dead or certain avatars like Grace can Transfer avatars like if Someone is badly wounded they probably can’t transfer. They would probably have to be alive or not injured in order to transfer if they are even allowed to do So. But then again Neteyam is somehow apart of certain movies after his death even though he’s dead. But then again Lyle is suppose to be dead since movie 1 yet he somehow brought in recom avatar form but he’s also suppose to be dead too so who truly knows anything anymore

I watched the 3rd film with a best friend of mine. And after I was watching it. Kiri reminded me of one of my two found/surrogate big sisters, saying that it had me happy I was blessed with that part of my family. And with my thoughts on the film, even though I don’t like the series that much. I liked how the third movie went as someone who got to see the first film back in junior high

This might be late, but the Sully’s family tree might have one more remember because you know how ronal died in the war after giving birth then she named her child pril then she told neytiri “you will protect her” so does that mean she is in the family partly but I know she still has her her siblings and a father but still? Ronal said neytiri has to protect her specifically so doesn’t that mean pril is still in the family tree or no?

Technically their kids are not directly Jake's biological children because the Na,vi avatar was grown from Toms DNA but inhabited by his Soul.
Biologically, yes, they'd trace back to Tom. But then there's the point that they're identical twins and from the little scene where Jake sees Tom's body, we can assume they have pretty much like 99% identical dna - that'd make Jake biologically a second father. It's really weird but fascinating. Sort of like how when two identical twins have children, those kids are biologically more like siblings / half siblings than cousins.

I saw the 3rd movie yesterday and it was amazing and I won't spoil it but the family unit does move past their grief and they do find out that Kiri is Ewya's child in a manner of speaking so she becomes Pandora's chosen one as she can do certain things that Na'Vi cannot do making her a wild card of sorts

The front ilage if the video is fake as the woman you show is not Spider's mother, but a military friend that died in the first movie from helicopter crash, or more of an explosion. Also we know Spider was raised with the sully kids but not by the Sully parents, he had scientists sort of adopt him on Pandora. The Sully are not his adoptive family, for Neytiri he was like a lost dog, and even tho she's accepted him now she will never considered him as her son, and same for Jake, while Kiri is their daughter, they consider her nothing else than this.
How the other tribes know English if grace taught neytiri's clan English and was banned until Jake arrived?
I saw a video on this the other day. In the beginning of the second movie Jake says after so many years the Na’vi language may as well sound like English to him. They aren’t literally speaking English in the context of the rest of the films, it’s basically all translated for the viewers

I always nice to see the family tree and everyone place in it, but I think we all are over looking one massive detail, and that Jake kids aren't his kids.
Remember the avatar body was made form the na'vi DNA and the DNA of his twin borther Tom, so everything inside that avatar body, blood, bones and everything else isnt Jakes, the only thing that is Jake is the personality inside the brain, so if you really think about it those aren't his, now im not saying his not there dad but biologically his not there father.

@LadyLeomon Easy: Spider was a baby, when the Na'vi made the humans leave at the end of the first movie. Spider says it himself at the beginning of The Way Of Water, when Quaritch is asking the exact same thing: "No cryopods for babies, idiot". He was simply too young to be send to earth (during the events of WOW he is ~15/16) and where would he have gone there? Both his parents have been dead at the time. Paz was killed in the battle, Quaritch was finished by Neytiri. He was raised by those allowed to stay and since they had connections to Jake, he was also raised by him and his family. Neytiri just hates him because he's human and what the humans did to her home, her family and her planet. Her hate towards him will be adressed in the third movie, but I'm not going deeper here because of Spoilers. I've seen the movie, I know whats happening with Neytiri, Spider and their relationship towards each other.
It truly irritates me that James Cameron said he'll just give up and walk away from Avatar after leaving so many lose ends. Like Kiri never figures out what the heck is going on with herself. We get a strange glimpse of Eywa, the RDA aren't fully wiped out yet. What happens with everyone else. Loak and Tsreia never even kiss, but Spider and Kiri do? He said basically all he cares about is how much money the movies make. That's ridiculous. I love these movies so much but I do hate how no progression actually ever happens no answers are really given, and theres way too many loose ends. I just hope he doesn't quit and walk away that would suck so bad.

Well, the avatar body of jake was made by mixing his brother´s DNA with navi dna. So, Tom is the father of Jake´s avatar body and the grandfather of the kids. Jake´s avatar is the nephew of jake the human. Grace is the mother of her avatar and grandmother of Kiri. Quadritch the human is the father of Quadritch the navi hybrid and Quadritch the Navi hybrid is Spider´s half brother.
