I had this problem to and I still have this problem when I wake up in the middle of the night. U have to be comfortable with wanting to go to sleep. Try to relax and embrace the feeling naturally. I will get to bed about 830pm - lay in bed and watch something on my phone or read a book and then fall asleep about 1030 or 11pm. I then wake at 3 am and maybe stay awake for up to one hour and fall asleep but then I’m awake from 530 onwards and can’t get back to sleep etc. is this from the ketogenic diet and change in eating pattern ? I mainly have one meal a day but I reduce the coffees before lunch time , and will have a herbal sleep tea etc 2 hours before bed time . I’m confused 🫤
Plz help me to get rid out of this ?
Ok, and after a week with only 4 hours sleep a night, how should I get through the next day? Without overconsumption of coffee, sugar, alkohol? I can't take it any longer!
My negative depressive thoughts are so loud at the middle of the night.
I'm currently watching this at exactly 5.30am, it's a Wednesday, im supposed to wake up at 6.10am, and i swear i have tried to sleep so many times but i keep getting short dreams of like being paralyzed or just bad nightmares. It has happened before a few times and i absolutely hate it. I dont even know if i have insomnia and i just want this paralyzed nightmares thing to stop. i need tips, plox??
It’s four in the morning I’ve been up since eight yesterday, I feel it’s fair to be able to happy that I can’t fall asleep right now
I gave up. I just end up studying. I'm never tired at night and I'm cranky during the day but still can't sleep. I force myself.and that's hours and hours of twisting and turning then I end up sleeping 4hrs
Thanks, although I have a loft bed so I don’t have a lamp where I can read, this would be helpful
