I am no. 16 on the global leaderboards and I main Harley, all I can say is this build will fall off fast. You need to build burn for the super endgame as enemies have millions of HP. The strongest build in the game is the Black Mask mini gun, there is a Lex Luther grenade that increases your grenades you carry to 10, but reduces the damage it does, and radius, they don’t matter too much as the important part is the burn so put diablos blaze on it. You can use the bane SMG as your 2nd it is her 2nd best fire arm.
@@Peppy869bro just because a brand says their cleaner is the best doesn’t actually mean its the best😂 same idea with youtubers they do that so theres a higher chance of someone clicking if they just said “harley build” it wouldn’t get alot of views id bet but even so this build has been doing wonders for me may not be the best best but its definitely up there
@@Peppy869 im rank 24 (after getting max level) with 40 hours on just harley its still been eating through them and it wont stop anytime soon😂 you could use this build for a long time with no issues if you play right, “UNRELATED FROM THIS POINT” and about 94% of brands do that soooo you cant really call people stupid for buying it could be just cheaper for someone with less money

Gotta a build for Harley I was working on. Built around Penguin Gear and frost Affliction. Slugger playstyle. It’s a nice single target dps/ tank hybrid build with the Frozen CC applications from Grenade and Mallet melee weapon. Super fun! Looking forward to one of your melee centric builds!
It’s probably the easiest to build so that’s why you’re seeing it a lot. She can actually be surprisingly good with just guns, afflictions, or even as a support/tank.

I don't know the build that I'm working on right now Is my grenade Build does like almost 15 mill I'm using the one that only holds 1 Grenade at a time but increase the grenade's drops On damage/kills you can just constantly keep throwing it over and over and over again wiping everything out with 1 hit
What is the grapple attack traversal attack? Is that just her swinging on the drone? And, does the increased resource for it just keep her in the air with the drone longer before it automatically lets you go?
See my build uses the smg and the heavy black mask but i also use the Hugo strange neck bomb the unlucky jinx lucky coin and the turtle speed force traversal makes the gun damage and affliction damage super crazy and the Granada damage is just as good
My build way better then that my pistols 4000 and the smg not that good my sheild 2376 and my nades do 37 thousand and all my mods are a lot better and im lvl 39 on the other talent tree and have all bane guns
Best build for Harley I have is a baaaang made build that also had good weapon damage. 3 bane tier 1. 2 bane tier 3. Two gave hammer with venom. Spread venom, stacks damage, harvest enemy to get grenade and use made on large groups for quick clearing. I’m at top 20 global and top 10 regional leaderboards and it’s getting me through easy

For sure. I am currently playing all burn with Harley to climb. It is definitely the meta across the board. Kinda boring tho if im honest.

It’s probably the easiest to build so that’s why you’re seeing it a lot. She can actually be surprisingly good with just guns, afflictions, or even as a support/tank.
Not that many other synergies with her rn. Maybe in the coming season, more sets will open her up

Her L3 dive does no damage, the "Grapple attack" is the L1 R1 move. No worries on the questions my dude

You should try 3XT1 & 3XT3 and add the turtles still force conduit and 2face persuader

If you’re doing incursions. Enemies explode when dying. If not, you may have the grenade equipped that hurts you

get to the highest invasion level difficulty and just get lucky
The only comment I have is tier 3 is a better and easier version of tier two and you get the same SMG in tier 3
Also for traversal I think the one that if you traversal attack 3 or more enemies You refresh all your shield is so so important
Mixing in some tier 3 could work but it’s so tough to give up two 3-stacks

Just try to roll for damage increases. The weapons have no gear scores
