The sellers agent won't be happy to show the house to a buyer without an agent but they MUST because it's in the interest of the seller. You can represent yourself and see a house without signing a Buyer Broker Agreement. What's important is that you ask the right questions when you go to an open house or make an appointment to see a home. Check out my video about asking the right questions.
