it's so hard to choose but my favorite has to be button-downs since I've been gravitating towards them more often. they go with almost anything I want to wear and layer so well! @derlin.angel
my favorite piece of clothing is a beautiful light green/blue dress I've been waiting to wear out somewhere fancy, I'm finally going to get to wear it this summer to a wedding!! @jada_althea
this is hrd to choose from but it's probably my sweaters that i've knitted because i basically get to wear my hard work and it's even better when someone asks me where i got them and i say 'oh i made it 😌😌💅🏽' lol @omgisthatlulu
hi chichi!! my favorite piece of clothing that I own would have to be this olive green workwear jacket that I got from my dad's closet. It's just so chic with a very structured cut, and the inside is a cute plaid, so sometimes I even wear it inside out for a more fun vibe. @aditirrr
My favorite piece of clothing that i own are honestly my accessories!!! My flower crowns, my chokers, my bowties i love stuff like that and they really elevate my outfits!!! It gives my outfit more excitement ☺️
just bc its not tried on does not mean that you should not buy it. I've bought several things off depop that didn't have a try on pic and they fit AMAZING.
I think it’s more meant to be a rule of thumb because as she said, it’s an easy way to hide something that might not be right.. or that it fits weird… obviously that isn’t always gonna be the case
@@line7596 i still don't think it should be rule of thumb... maybe for ppl new to depop perhaps but you will miss out on great pieces following this logic
I got a really good fitting skirt on there that was just a flat pic, but it was 1 of 2 good purchases out of 8. The weirdest was what i thought was a fitted mock neck and it arrived and it looked like a very stretched out mock neck that was wider than my head😅 Even the skirt, the seller lied about some of the details😭.
My favorite clothing items are shawls that I bought in Thailand while I was there for a study abroad program. I love the colors, designs, and often pair them with a plum or nude lip. I really love throwing it over a slim fitting dress for a more classy and curated look ❤
My favorite piece of clothing that is own are my corsets and accessories! Sometimes when I feel like my outfit is missing a certain something or flavor, usually using a corset and wearing gold accessories makes it so much better! I feel like it elevates my look so much
Some of my favorite pieces of clothes are from my grandmother that kept her little boutique outfits that she spent her entire paychecks on with her friend while they were in highschool, they knew the owner too so she got a bunch of discounts and centuries later im now enjoying all her “scandalous” teenage outfits which r vry cute and not at all “old” looking
My favorite piece of clothing would be my leather jackets! When I was younger, I really admired the styles of like Tia and Tamara, and Nia Long. I always saw them rocking an outfit in the main staple that caught my eye would be a leather jacket . When I was old enough, I wanted to start dressing like them and finally bought me a nice leather jacket😊
Saying not to buy anything not modeled on a body on an app like depop is faulty logic. I sell items on depop that aren't my size. If I'm a size 8 and the item is size 2, how do i wear it? What I do is take several photos and include every single measurement possible.
My favorite piece of clothing is a pair of pants that I bought in NYC that are made from different pieces of fabric. Just imagine a pair of pants made up of fabric samples.
Hey Coco!! My fav piece of clothing that I own are these vintage tommy green pants. They look soo soo soo good on and they were the whole reason why I continue to thrift. When you find that one team>>>>>
No bc Depop is so bad, a $5 skirt sold for $50 is insane. Like I get ppl need an income but it’s essentially scamming at that point 😭 bc wdym I gotta pay to 10x the price bc it’s 20yrs old? If you don’t give It to me for $15 and call it a day 😭😭 if you wanna have diff clothes you can also go to the sales racks out of your state when you travel bc diff states have diff launches.
Honestly its super hard for me to choose a fav pice hahaha but i’d say its jackets/coats and specially my vintage burberry trench coat, I know its basic but it was my first thrifted piece like 8 years ago and it makes my day everytime I wear it, it makes me feel classy timeless and sooo chic ❤🤍
My favorite aspect of my style are my stamens bottoms.I primarily thrift my clothing and I’ve gotten a lot of very interesting fabrics and patterns of pants. My favorite pair of pants are a orange corduroy bootcut jean got them for $4!
My favorite piece of clothing is this sheer leopard print dress that’s just so sexy, reminds me of 90s jazz/rnb mixed with a tropical vaca vibe (so random I know) Love to pair it with chunky gold earrings and a red lip 💋soooo fyeeee🔥
Hi Coco! My name is Pipelayo (pea-pay-la-yuh)🎀😊 My favourite piece of clothing that I own is this beautifully rouched black vintage top I thrifted last year! It’s the perfect casual-dressy top! I’ve worn it everywhere from dinner to work to church! She was also such a steal😭🙌🏽
4:20 for me a lot of the stuff I sell doesn't fit me anymore or doesn't fit me right but the clotehs are still in really good condition and i know another person could probably really appreciate it and look good in it still, and also I'm so awkward with selfies so I personally don't model the clothes. Also, I didn't want to highlight the fact that the clothes are pre-lived in 😂 but i'll think about it. Most of them just don't fit me right anymore.
For some clothes, if you pay attention to the brand you'll know it's not cheaply made. For instance, I sell a lot of Alo stuff and all of those are well made

My favourite piece of clothing I own is definitely my plaid mini skirt, it’s soo cute and it has detailed buttons on the front. I love your videos and your style !!! Thank you for the tips Coco❣️ @summerrcrosby

My favorite piece of clothing is this vintage burgundy bell-sleeved blouse my grandmother gave me. I wear it so often and clearly its timeless!

I 100% agree. Sometimes people sell things because they don’t fit them anymore. I personally find measurements very helpful.
