Operator Replacement Suggestions (ORS): Thermal: Fragile. Melantha: Any Guard. Chen Holungday: S3 M3. Fang/Vanilla: Any Vanguard. Utage: Any E2 hot drop or Texas/Yato. Amiya: S3 M3. Any high rarity Caster or Sniper. Perfumer: Any AOE Medic or Wandering Medic. E2 not required. Cardigan/Gummy/Matterhorn: Any Defender or Guardian Defender (high HP or Arts res recommended) or replace one with Qiubai S3/Silverash S3/Thorns S3 or Mlynar S3 in the corner.
Skadi S2 (no need for masteries, but she must be E2 because her second talent) or any other Dreadnought Guard with higher ATK may replace Melantha. Archetto S3M3 (module welcome for better DPS) may help with "peeling" Dolly's shield. Exu and Kroosalter may replace her, but be wary of Exu's S3 timing. I'm not sure can Marksman replace Amiya with her true damage.

What do you mean by "in the corner" ?
I have Thorns, but dont know exactly where to place him to avoid him to die...

You can use two fast-redeploys to bait the column recoloring. It makes the stage a lot easier.
These last two stages are not fun at all :C

Sure, but you'll need slightly higher DPS to make up for it. If you have Mlynar, etc then no problem.

I have an E2 Sturt and she the only E2 6* I have, I can borrow Chalter from a friend, any suggestion on how I can incooperate Sturt into your guide?
Dedicate a Sniper and Surtr early on to attack the boss. Drop Soda to lower it's shields with your Sniper then Surtr S3 it.
