Alu-Cab’s Generation 3 Expidition Flip Tent does all this and more.
As with all of our Alu-Cab products the structure of the tent is built from aluminium. Our Expedition Tent has the added strength in the structure of its roof. As with our hardtops, the roof is re-enforced in order to allow you to safely stand on the tent, or load equipment.
Although the tent may still take roof space, areas of the tent’s roof can be utilised for carrying equipment. The restriction of the load is dependent on the gas lift’s power.

Very cool and I want one but at $3,999 (USD), you'd think that the darn thing would come fully insulated but, not! An additional $495 for an optional insulation kit. Crazy!
Ranger42 I agree. I would buy one for maybe $2500.00 tops, but what they're asking is outrageous. Bet that if they lowered the price to $2000.00 - $2200.00 they would sell in quantity like hot cakes. i want one but too much.
couldn't imagine needing it. I have camped in some seriously cold weather and woke up sweating. In hot weather, I have opened the vents and let the breeze do its work. I am sure there is some application for it but I have not needed it. 3999 did hit me hard though especially with my paint chipping.
Hope you've addressed the leaking issues, returned mine as it leaked through the rivets!
In tropical conditions you still can't have the side windows open in heavy rain. Very uncomfortable.

No tent is waterproof. Submerge any tent and it will leak!

Very interesting product. Might I suggest you add the dimensions, have it installed on a vehicle so we can see someone set it up. Also, climb inside the tent as well so we can get an idea of who it will accommodate. And lose the music.......it's obnoxious.
Wish someone would make one like this that was mounted on a pickup like a tonneau cover. No damn ladder needed.

After reading the feedback you really have no idea of marketing your products why didn't you have it on a vehicle and two people using it and the price of $3.999 USD you have to be joking my suggestion you go back to the drawing board and start again get a professional marketing team to do the video work you have absolutely no idea
