Put the cab on a modern chassis so you'll actually enjoy driving it on the highway 😅
I left mine original and switched the 6.50 diff for a 3.36 and she runs up to 80 mph and smooth as can be. 534 superduty motor and allison 6 speed.
Modern chassis makes more sense.
I honestly feel like you should leave the original drivetrain five speed with overdrive drop a Mercedes M606 diesel with a 7.5 mm injection pump with a compound turbo set up maybe just update the differential gear ratio
Just adapt airbags
