Will they add extra marks in the cutoff for cbse?
No, it's not like that! They will consider cbse while sending call letter for MQ seat. For cbse, 5 to 6 marks lower cut-off candidates can also get a call letter comparing to state board.
Is it okay if the cutoff starts from 185-187 for cbse Cs? Will they call?

Attended SSN interview Today for my daughter. Her cut off is 185.5. We were asked to report at 10AM. Aptitude test started around 10.30. Total of 25 questions. Duration is 30 mins. Correct answer will have 4 marks. Negative marking is there for incorrect answers. After completing the test, interview happened around 11.15. Just 3 minutes for each candidate. They asked about women empowerment, About schooling life, Gender equality. We left the campus at 11.30. We are waiting for the results.

My daughter has 191.5 (CBSE) gave preference CSE and IT only, I have doubt whether they will call for written exam.
Yes, they will call u for Aptitude test n interview through email. After interview only they will ask Departments. If u get a chance to include any other choice of Departments while interview process pls consider others also.

You'll certainly get the call letter for the test. During the interview the prof might ask you to include more choices. Students who have given lesser choices should consider giving one or two more options.

Myself ,i got 195 cut off ,if i got the management seat in ssn ,then can i look forward to compete in TNEA to get the same college. And in further on this TNEA if i got a seat through counseling would i be able to switch from management quota to govt quota. I am willing to join btech CSE or IT as a 1st preference and followed by mtech integrated CSE course .
(Last year for 195 cut off mtech integrated CSE is allotted for BC)
