Goan Style Whole Masoor Dal Ros | Masoori Randhay | Konkani Recipe | Goan Brown Lentils Curry |
Recipe of wet Goan Masala:-
1/2 grated coconut
2 onion vertically sliced
2 green chilies
3-4 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1-2 tsp coriander seeds
few very little while spices as per your taste like cinnamon, pepper, cloves etc etc
add 1-2 tbsp oil in kadai, fry onion, spices, green chilies, cloves and finally coconut until golden brown.. let it cool down completely. finely grind it using some water..
you can use this Goan Masala for any veg lentils masala, mushroom xacuti or chicken xacuti..
