I listen to music, or white noise, or even guided sleep hypnonsis on nightswhen fallig asllep doesnt come easy. Useful product for sensitive sleepers, who need qiuet and/or darkness and for those with tinitus or snoring partners.
My husband is the king of the Instant Pot. It’s great for the things Melissa mentioned like rice and potatoes, but corn on the cob is amazing. No longer wait for that pot of water to boil and everything comes out just right. He also makes many different meals, like Moroccan Chicken, pasta dishes, vegetable soup, tortilla soup, beef and broccoli and more. I love that he loves a gadget. That way we alternate preparing dinners so I get a break. You have to get one!

I have Raynaud’s too! I always used to have really red hands when I’d be warm/hot and they’d be white/blue/purple when I’d get cold. People would always be like why are your hands so red? And this was in like high school. It got worse as I got older. Finally found out what it was! And since you can’t really treat it, you can only slow it down, I wear compression gloves to help the circulation in my hands. And whenever your hands/feet will be in cold, you should have them covered!

Super deals girlfriend. My daughter who just got her masters & is now in January going for her PhD. Her husband is also going to school to finish his bachelor degree & they have their youngest who just started HS this year. They need that Instapot. So they are checked off the list. I can testify to the usefulness of the ninja, I've had mine for years and bought the small grinder and two storage containers. I use mine everyday. Make my own hot cocoa mix that I store in mason jars & also make it for Christmas gifts put fabric on the lid tied with a ribbon & include the recipe. It was hard to find the right one. I had to send 2 back. But it seemed like the silver was easier to match than the red one.
