Air Pruning Self watering/Wicking barrel, a DIY project for papaya/pawpaw..

I have been impressed with what I have read & seen online in regards to air pruning systems so have decided to look into it further.. I've spoken to a few people that have used these air pruning tubs for bushes/trees & decided I would give them a go for our dwarf fruit trees.. The first is a DIY barrel for our dwarf Paw Paw/Papaya & also have another planned for a dwarf lemon tree..

I was also very lucky to get a few fabric grow bags sent to me from a great Tuber called Dale, AKA Mediamaker2000 / mediamaker2000 I hope to have these pots set up very soon in a small area under the back stairs & will be using them in conjunction with a Wetpot irrigation system to grow some summer veggie crops.. I think they will do really well after seeing how well the DIY air pruning shopping bag is going..
