Hello! Great video! I have been grooming poodles for years. I have my first Black Russian Terrier now and wonder if I should groom him like my previous (R.I.P) Bouvier des Flandres. There are a few differences, but a Bouvier clip is very nice. I just miss the shaving of the inside of their hind legs. Thanks for posting - will share on my Facebook dog group. :-)
Fantastic! I want Janet here and now. :-) Which brings me to... Does anyone know who are the best Bouvier groomers in Toronto, Canada? I'm still trying to find one. PLEASE!!!
You could search for a bouvier breeder in your neighbourhood. They often groom their own bouviers and could groom your bouvier or teach you how to do it yourself(or give you advice about where you can find a good groomer). That's how we found someone in the Netherlands to groom our bouvier. I hope this helps you.
First and foremost DO NOT screw up their ¨Mask¨ or cut the beard or you will have one very mad aquadragon on your hands. Lesson 2 if aquadragon asks you to PLUCK his boy´s (yes that is a lot of work wich he will pay for gladly) do not shave his boy´s instead... He will be even more pissed.... It is over twenty years since some clown did that to Ike and Mike (never paid her oc) and it still pisses me of. The masks never fully recovered neither their beards.
We've had Bouvs for the last 28 years. Amazing breed, won't have anything else! We've got a stunning little man, 18 months old, called Jameson.
Is this breed Loyal, affectionate and obediant ?
@@angusmcgowan5985 Yes! VERY.
I loved this video. I would like to know the names of the shears and numbers and where to buy them. I live in South Africa.
