A great autumn day to go on a discovery walk with you. Samseong-dong is truly varied and not monolithic in its neighborhoods. So close to the affluent Gangnam neighborhood, the one today was rather the opposite but still a part of the bubbly, liveliness of Seoul. A few snapshots on the way that I find memorable; 41:17 calico cat who seemed used to being photographed? Has striking facial marks, maybe a celebrity of sorts in the neighborhood (?). Looked like he came from a brawl, licking his wounds. 56:18 they remind me of hairy caterpillars that one avoids stepping on. 58:49 looks like a very well kept communal garden, like one finds in many metro cities of the world. And finally the last stretch along the Dorimcheon stream. Like a walk in the zoo. I counted at least four of your loyal egrets, haughthy as always, pretending not to see the admirers at the banks. But towards the end, the turtle stole the show! 2:02:10. Great day, great walk, and thanks, as always. Stay safe and take care 👣👣👣...
