Two years ago I brought the rowenta x cell steamer and the second time I used it all I got was clicking and no steam. Not a good buy at all.

I bought 2 at Costco as well. First one did not work. Clicking sound and no steam. I returned it today and bought a replacement. Same issue. Clicking noises and no steam. I guess I am returning this one too. Very disappointing.
