i hope its a mamenchi i think it didnt have enough attention in the whole franchise with not even one character saying its name or really giving it attention its basically treated like a compy just that it didnt show up as much

It could be a herd of Mamenchisaurus given the fact that there's two left footprints, because i doubt that a dinosaur as big as the mamenchisaurus would walk backwards just for the fun of it.

When I fist saw the teaser leak I thought they might be the Nasutoceratops in the aftermath of BaBR with Darius following up on reports from the incident but looking closer they don't fit at all. Failing that I think a Mamenchisaurus.

The lore is always interesting to try an figure out. I think you do pretty well, Swerve.
I'd say it's Brachiosaurus, since with the footprints, the thumb claw seems to point outwards and the thumb claw on The Brachiosaurus foot also seems like it points outwards but with something like Apatosaurus and Mamenchisaurus, the thumb claw points inwards and Dreadnoughtus seems to lack that sharp claw entirelly
Oh plz have Dreadnougthus appear since it barely got screen time for dominion
And prehistoric planet make a great example of Dreadnougthus being dangerous or sauropods in general so maybe we will see a Dreadnougthus with a attitude
Nah, knowing this franchise and how it treats sauropods, the Dreadnoughtus would probably just appear to get one-shot by some raptors or something. XD

If there is an apatosaurus in the series it'll be a ticking timebomb until they reference the land before time, camp cretaceous had a few parallels, both series are produced by amblin and I'm genuinely starting to think they exist in the same universe
It is most likely an Apatosaurus. The foot of the apato is the closest thing to that footprint. Also, Dreadnoughtus was made by BioSyn and never made it to the mainland. Yes, there was the Dreadnoughtus DNA vile at the end of FK but I doubt that anyone can make it other than BioSyn. But of course, it maybe a Brachiosaurus, considering CC's absolute addiction with the creature. We'll just have to wait and see.

3:10 it has to be a apatosaurus or because as we all remember brachiosaurus did not match the foot prints, Mamenchiasaurus was left on Isla Sorna, and Dreadnoughtus was recently biologically engineered in dominion at least I think it was.
Not remember some creatures from isla sona was taken off the island.
apato is huge in the one dominion scene it has, also since when has jurassic world cared about size consistency

I hope it’s apatosaurus bc brachiosaurus definitely had its time to shine in CC. Also the apatosaurus in dominion were HUGE like go back and look at them they were very large so I definitely think that the footprints belong to apatosaurus. Also the foot print that were referencing I think is the back foot of the animal and the apatosaurus in Jurassic world have a a more prominent spike claw on their hind feet as well

I hope it’s Mamenchisaurus but let’s be honest it’s probably Brachiosaurus. I just don’t think they would put that much thought into it considering how small of a detail a footprint is, it’s probably just meant to be a generic sauropod footprint.
I think those footprints might be from a Diplodocus

I think you might be right with the apatosaurus idea, but honestly I just hope its the mamenchisaurus, its my fav sauropod for sure and it deserves a 4k appearance in the jurassic franchise, not just a blur in 1997:)

And yes I know the diplodocus was mostly on games, but it that doesn't change how amazing that would look especially for us in the UK.
I rather would say apatosaurus or brachiosaurus as these are the only sauropods we know that where in california. So far the only sorna species we saw on mainland are the 2001 velociraptors. We don't know if anything elese is there . Dreadnoughtus was as much as we know only present at biosyn valley as it was a biosyn exclusive species so it maybe wasn't present at anywhere else

There was a concept in Dominion that was never made where they would show us how an Apatosaurus was in the middle of the street and there were firefighters taking care of it, giving it water with the water hose. The Chaos Theory teaser already showed that they used a discarded concept from Dominion, Rexy on a highway, so I think they will reuse others in the series, with the Apatosaurus being another one given the sauropod tracks on the road. Perhaps Darius is locating dinosaurs near cities to help citizens coexist with them.
I agree, I want it to be any of the others besides Brachiosaurus because I feel like we have seen plenty of that one.

It's unlikely but I'd love if it was an amargasaurus (even if the footprints look too big to be a realistically sized one but the jp 3 raptors exist in canon), but since it's most likely going to be one we've already seen I'm hoping for mamenchisaurus
Noticed this just now but when Darius gets out of the truck he looks in the opposite direction of the footprints
Mamenchi would be good to see as it had almost no appearances after JP3, but dreadnought would also be cool to see 🙌

Actually appatosuar apparently appeared it was on the sauropods running from the tabrosuars.
I think it is Dreadnoughtus for the fact of the size and the distance of the tracks! If you look at the other 3 imprints the “claw” is not in those imprints! The left side tracks are almost completely spanning the width of the road. The standard width for a two lane road is 24 feet. The Apatosaurus, as much as I love it is not big enough to have a gate that is 24 feet Brachiosaurus maybe Mamenchisaurus possibly… Dreadnoughtus definitely.
Plus that being in just one print could simply mean that the. Asphalt was so compressed that it stuck to her foot as she walked!!!
Would they bring in camarasaurus? Or are the prints too small? Could be brachi their limbs are closer together

Mamenchisaurus doesn’t get _nearly_ as much love in the franchise as I feel it _should_ get IMHO. “Chaos Theory” _would_ make for a good opportunity to bring it back.
It's a miracle that it's remembered at all since it does nothing in TLW. It's just another sauropod (though, that could be said for everyone but the Brachiosaurus).

Jurassic World Evolution 2 might stop bringing new DLCs because Frontier the owners of the game are running out of staff and are focusing on other games like Planet Zoo, so that means that Jurassic World Evolution 2 is not Frontier’s first priority anymore (My prediction for the last DLC for Jurassic World Evolution 2 will be in 4 months) things like Universal are taking much of the profit that Jurassic World Evolution 2 makes so Frontier is making less money, Planet Zoo on the other hand makes Frontier less money but 100% profit

I think that it could be apatosaurus just because it did appear at the end of dominion in a similar area as in chaos theory’s trailer. So it could be apatosaurus because of that. Also looking back at camp Cretaceous apatosaurus didn’t appear so I think it could be apatosaurus in chaos theory as I’m not sure it’s true but based off Jurassic world and camp Cretaceous I think camp Cretaceouss first three seasons focused on dinosaurs that were on nublar that we really didn’t get to see a lot in the first Jurassic world which explains why triceratops and apatosaurus didn’t appear in any of the first three seasons as we know they were in the first movie and seemed to get more screen time where as other species like brachiosaurus and sinoceratops didn’t which explains why they were in camp Cretaceous and not triceratops or apatosaurus.
