Pet sim 1: the first game in the franchise, most basic, revolutionary to simulators as a concept Pet simulator 2: The second game and by far the worst, most p2w, and hardest to progress Psx: 3rd game, by far the most changed, and lasted the longest, 2nd game to have huges, 1st to have titanics, was the first game to have multiple variants of huges. Ps99: 4th, by far the most modern, and the most stable economy, introduced gargantuan pets and is the most popular in the franchise Pets GO: Pet sim but rng, somehow fun for an rng game, but its also super p2w.

I don't like PS99 and Pets Go due to how much monetization there is now, especially since PSX was the root of all this. Like at the beginning PSX was pretty cool, a bit grindy for F2P, but it wasn't that bad... until Preston started adding exclusive eggs, which turned the game into a small gamblers heaven, especially when titanics were the main focus of them AND that were 1/2k to hatch one.
