In load case definition when you entered - 1 for dead what does this mean ???is it the self weight that software needs to compute ???

Are you supposed to have negative moments at the top of the truss?

Boy, I followed each second verbatim but I get a Error 2002 when I try to solve :( Good tutorial othewise. However, it did work if I used 2D Lock

You can solve it by pinning it on both sides
