    Thank you for your elaboration on the concepts and calculation of reapeated-measures ANOVA, which helps me review the past quantitative lessons several weeks ago!

    You said we were going to use dferror and dfbetween to determine the critical value, but the table you have used has dfwithin x dfbetween. In this table, you want the F critical value corresponding to (2,18) not (2,12).

    I still have trouble finding an explanation video about the effect-size for the repeated-measures ANOVA, with its confidence interval.

    Hi! In the series the subjects divided into two groups as patient and control, I want to analyse the continuous variables measured in 7 different times. And I want to ask which test I need to choose to analyse these :
    1. Does the temporal difference of control significant in itself?
    2.Does the temporal difference of patients significant in itself?
    3. Does time course between patients and control significant?
    Thanks a lot for answers..

    Hello, thank you alot for this clear explanation. Please could you tell me which is the best posthoc test for the repeated measures ANOVA and what is the rule of HSD or scheffe in this case?

  • @filmdude007

    How did you get 98.67? following your exact word there is no way to get that figure

    • @filmdude007
      @filmdude007 7 лет назад +1

      Upon further research, 57, 47 & 21 should be each individually squared and divided by 7 individually. then that total is subtracted. The equation in the picture is misleading.
