- For make this postprocessor(include helical move) You need to start With New - Metric / Mill / Library(fanuc6m) - in Post Builder on Make New file.

hello my distant friend. thank you for the great video. please tell me how to organize the output of helical interpolation for sinumeric 840. there you need to specify the turn command and the number of turns.
in nx cam generated operation without defining tool holder....then in.... post builder .... how to pretreatment minimum z lowest z of operation in header/first line of the output post??? what to edit....? where to edit....? i had seen on Siemens website they are just discussing about this.... but they don't know any solution.... do you have solutions? make videos regarding it....

Can I run 3axis processor with it, cause 4axis disabled right now! Do you have any post processor for Fanuc Oi-MC machine? Or need help to make a proper post processor for this old machine. We have MItsuvish M70 and two AKIRA Performa PC460 Tapping machine, and they are convertible with Fanuc controller.(we use linked postprocessor for these machines) So i think 🤔 it’s (in this post linked - PostProcessor (Add helical move) file download -drive.google.com/open?id=1u_CbTS4b1v6U1X2OpHCqAIx7sVmt_J05 )works with your Fanuc0i MC, but not tested for that. If it’s not work with your machine, how about edit it.
@@nxcadcampostbuildertutoria4058 Dear many thanks for your quick response. Just tested your helical post processor. Looks like working fine except a bed sound. When it moves X to Y or Y to X I am getting a sound. Sometimes its too hard and sometimes soft. In Mastercam everything is fine. I tried another post processor from your videos result same. Please help! Is it NX cam issue or post file issue? (You are awesome) Thanks again.

@@nxcadcampostbuildertutoria4058 It looks like suddenly break X then go for Y or Y to X. Feed rate was reduced. Is there any machine tolerance settings or smooth moving settings NX? Thanks.

i have tried to search post builder in my pc but unable to find it in nx 11 or 12, did i do any mistakes while installing?
Hnmmm 🤔 In my case postbuilder automatically installed at any version. So i’m not sure why it’s not installed. Sorry for couldn’t help you.

Why is the T13 tool changed to the T14? if you still need to machine the tool paths
Some machines use that code to know which tool is next so it can prepare for the next tool change.
