Somethings not working out for me. It comes up to network lock. The device can be remotely unlocked if eligible. Please use device unlock application to unlock the device. Make sure the device has an Internet connectivity to use the device unlock application??? What is the device unlock application? Does anyone know I got Wi-Fi? But I don’t have any service bars Google assistant wouldn’t help me after I disabled the Google play service after those steps I start having problems. Please help please help ASAP. Thank you.
if you want to carrier or network unlock the device so usually these metro, tmobile and att devices comes with device unlock app, its not frp or google removal app. for google removal or frp bypass you will need to use this videos to get access back to your device.
did you try to turn on assistant menu ? if so you should be able to bypass google. or restart the process, first hard reset the device, to hard reset the device you need to turn off it first, than press and hold volume down and power, as soon device vibrates or when you see moxee logo release only power but keep holding volume down. it will take you to recovery mode, if you see kind of black screen and no options for reseting than hold power and press volume up once than release power after you press volume up. than you should see recovery option, use volume keys for selection, select factory reset or wipe data option and than press power button once to apply. let me know if that helped.
@@LearnEasy99 it’s a free government phone program i have Ian’s it’s not that unlocked I think but I done remember my Google info nor the password I put on it was why I hard reset it to try to re set it up but I don’t have any 4g or network availability other the Wi-Fi on it
@@Mitchell776 if you have wifi , so connect it to the wifi network and try to follow the steps again, you should be able to remove your old google or password from moxee device.
