Thanks for getting deeper into the weeds. At this point I'm a n00b when it comes to synths, so when you went to the FM settings and said it was familiar, well not to me. But I understand most of the concepts and when I have a chance to ramp up in more detail, I'm going to revisit your tutorial. I agree with Dr. Emil. We need more in-depth K2700 tutorials, and/or in-depth feature comparisons with KBs that are its closest competition.

Unfortunately, is hard to believe anything said here. The manual says the K2700 has 4 sound engines, the three mentioned here and Virtual Analog.
While technically true (4 sound generation methods), the VA engine is part of VAST.
