Like you said, although Kanami's guitar and Akane's drums are the most prominent, all the instruments (and I include Saiki's vocals as an instrument) are working hard too. That's one of the beautiful things about Band-Maid - being able to listen to the song as a whole and then listening a few other times and concentrating on the sound of just one instrument as Kanami's compositions are always more intricate than you notice at first and she always makes sure everyone gets a part. Glad you both loved that so much and look forward to seeing you both enjoying more Band-Maid (and others) in the future.
You two simply have to listen to YOLO next. That song is amazing in many ways. Besides it being my favorite and I have listened to many many times, I still hear new things that I have never noticed before. It seems both Kanami and Akane can't be quiet at all in the song....you'll understand when you listen... :)
Not since Noah built an ark to see B-M play in Japan then realised all the animals in the world had bought tickets too has there been a more awesome sight until BAND-MAID :)

LOL your wife did the same thing with her hands during the solo that I did as if being immersed in the heavens of rock nirvana. Hell yeah! I love the drums and guitar solo especially. And Misa and Akane working together creates a soundscape that takes me back 20 years. And it's one of their patented bridges that completely transforms the song. One of their absolute best IMHO. Make no mistake though, we've got a ton of bangers to get through, friend.😊🤘

@@jimmysrandom also do Anemone (audio only off World Domination) so that you can do Puzzle + Anemone acoustic together afterwards, they did the two songs back to back live. Be prepared though as the acoustic performance is highly emotional and that is an understatement.
Maybe not since Zeppelin has there been a band so adept at marrying the heavy and aggressive rock sound with the pure beauty of gentle vocals and quiet instrumentation sections. ✌🏼🔥🎼🎤🎸🥁😀

Blooming was used in the Netflix movie Kate during a car chase. They will be back in the US in May and August.
I haven't watched the show but I did check out that scene just because of Band Maid.
Band-Maid is also good for ballads.

These girls are fantastic! The Riff Goddess Kanami goes full guitar hero on this track.
