Off on another journey now, this time back to Geneva, a place I've gotten to quite like. My last trip here was on a Swiss CS100, however this time, I decided to take it Easy and go down with Easyjet from my local airport. Sadly we got an older A320 frame with no sharklets, I was hoping for a newer aircraft, however the newer A320 in at the time, G-EZPW was heading to Reykjavik instead. The flight was great, lovely crew and overall a pleasant and satisfying start to my Swiss journey.
Quite a gloomy day at Luton, with a low cloud base, so sadly not much to see after take off. However the approach into Geneva was simply stunning! Snow topped mountains, and a lovely view of the Alps! Plus the addition of the setting sun, what more could you ask for? I would certainly say this was one of the best approaches into an airport I've experienced!

Wow, I can't belive how many coincidences I've just seen in this video 😱. I flew from London Luton to Geneva on G-EZTC as well and we arrived at the exact same gate!! I checked and the date isn't quite the same, I flew in May 2016. Also, the time is slightly different as I left at 07:15. Great video though 😃!

Isn't that an A319?
No it is an older A320. 10 years old now. A lot of easyjet's A320's have a newer cabin. New A320s I think age 5 and under have Sharkey winglets.
