- Hey guys! The long string of American flights ends with this video :D After a very different 4th of July, it was time to fly again, this time aboard an American Eagle E175 operated by Republic Airways down to Washington D.C.'s Ronald Reagan National Airport from Pittsburgh, PA. As I state in the video, I really have grown fond of Republic as I think they run their company well and have very nice people working there, despite them working for American. The onboard product, while a little worn, was a welcome change with comfortable seats, adjustable headrests, decent legroom, free IFE, WiFi, universal power ports, and USB ports. The flight also departed & arrived on time and had a sweet sunrise takeoff and cool Potomac River landing. Everything was fine on Republic's part. On American's part, their boarding process needs to be changed during COVID-19. It is stupid in normal times but in these days, it is just not safe. They also do not board from back to front like almost every other airline, they don't hand out any sanitizing wipes, they've eliminated their snack/drink service on flights under 2 hours citing safety, and they don't block any seats. By far, they are the worst of the three legacy carriers. I really hope they can start improving soon, but for now it is what it is. Hope you guys enjoy!

Now, thanks to your videos, i was able to desensitize myself and feel like i was on an airplane by watching your videos. This last month, i have been on 3 trips (all planes) i need medication to take the edge off, but I LOVE flying again!!!! Thank you. (Taking an E-175 from Chicago to Manchester NH tomorrow!!!)
Not only are you a wonderful musician, but this flight review was downright brilliant. In addition, you are so compassionate. Words can't even remotely begin to describe how amazing you are as an individual. I am well beyond grateful that I discovered your channel. Keep it up.
I don't know how to respond to this, but I whole heartedly agree. He did an amazing job on the Violin. His videos are amazing, My favorite ones by far are the CRJ-550 flight out of Chicago, and the Delta MD-88 retirement.

I haven’t been to Pittsburgh in 10 years since I retired. I used to go down there every year for work. I always enjoyed the city and the airport. It was great seeing you playing the violin.

at 4:57 they are now letting non travelers into the airport terminals past security so people can shop at those stores, they must have a special pass to do so but helps with the money at these stores

How do you know what runway you’ll be landing on and which one you’ll be taking off from? Also, how do you memorize and know where and when other planes are leaving just out of curiosity?

@@JorDonJordy_. I also like men who are six feet tall. They remind me so much of my loving, protective, 6'4" father who unfortunately passed away in 2016. That being said, I dated a man who was about 5'4 1/2" (I am about 5'5") and found him to be one of the best boyfriends I could have asked for. We shared many of the same interests, he respected and met my needs, and he loved me for who I was as an individual. Unfortunately, we stopped communicating due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So I tend to click with whoever I click with. Though I do find 6'0" to be a great height, and I certainly think it fits thejazzguy13 perfectly.
Not being a musician,much less a violinist,I thought it an odd choice to play 'Amazing Grace' during the fireworks scene,can you play the national anthem or a rendition of 'My Country Tis of Thee'? You haven't lived until you've heard 'Amazing Grace' on a bagpipe and pipe organ simultaneously, Never have been a fan of the E-jets,they feel cramped and the window alignment wasn't well thought out. As your 'Blue' moment,perhaps sample their MInt service from JFK to Seattle,someplace cross-country. With all your grousing about AA's lack of Covid protection,why not avoid them all together until good times reappear? Did you do any sightseeing in DC or were you headed back to your new home in Baltimore?
ive been to DC before back in 2012 sat on the left side of the plane and saw the DC mall including the capitol building and washington monument and flew frontier from Omaha to DC and the mayor of Omaha Jim Suttle was on my flight

We still have a lot of people from PIT since it used to be a US Airways hub! We also have a lot of commuters from that area so there's always a good amount of employees on flights out of PIT over to our other hubs 😁
