I use to own a 1975 T3 ex Tucson PD bike with a 1990 square barrel Cal 3 drivetrain. It was built by Dave Hull of Dave's Cycles out of Mesa, AZ. Long time Moto Guzzi dealer who sold his shop years ago. He called it his 3x3. Wish I had never sold that bike. Wonder where it is today. Might be in the Houston, TX area.
What a great ole girl! As the owner of a '74 Eldorado (civilian) and soon a '73 full-dress Eldorado, it boggles my mind that the cops would ride these at 100+ mph. I had my Eldorado up to 90 and it scared the crap out of me.
WOW loved the fly-by with the siren in action !! What a great looking bike, also the music is very nice and perfectly fits being the music from Police Academy film ....
i didn't knew that LAPD used Moto Guzzi bikes, are this the same model that Bud Spencer and Terence hill used in their movie? anyway, great bike, love the sound
I'm the proud owner of an 850 Cali, greetings from Toulouse!
