That's not a '73 nose but a '77-'79. It may why the front wheel sits back further than it should or it had significant front-end damage. At least Maple Motors acknowledges the car has flaws.
Got my drivers license yesterday and turning 18 in a few weeks. Can't wait to drive the 75' C3 of my parents. A real rarity here in germany. Nice video man.
I remember seeing these all over the place and it was the late 80s and early 90s. The Corvette and the late 70s Trans Am were the antithesis of the malaise era. BEAUTIFUL exterior, comfortable and sporty interior. A little love and the relatively low buying price and you've got the muse that inspired Prince for a song.
Nick, you should sell tickets for like $100 to people to test drive any 5 cars of their choice. Walk around the lot, look at all the beauties on hand, relive some memories. The lot is like a museum. It would be a nice way to spend a couple hours.
Premier price , for a restore candidate. Paint patch work tone differences. Never buy a vette unless you use x-ray vision to access the bird cage rought etc. my bucket list will be complete when I get a C3 68-77 CLEAN AN ECONOMICAL . Keep going for a ride Maple Motors thanks again 🇺🇸
Those vettes have some options on aftermarket replacements. Had a 75 that the nose had just become totally cracked up, and I was presented with choices in the aftermarket.
Boy …..I’ll say this …… under priced cars !!!! Corvettes are under priced ….. man they need a trunk ! Hard to get the groceries in them ….secret very easy to work on 😊
It’s not just the 73 bumper, it’s the ‘73 hood and lack of wiper door, and the ‘73 front fender vents. Three strikes.
I tried so hard and got so far but in the end it doesn’t really matter. “Chester Bennington”

So very true!
1972's a bit prior to the malaise era of the 80's, but you're right, they're beautiful.

In the past I knew a guy with a 55 Chevy with a 56 front end. It drove some people crazy! This corvette is just as cool.
Hang in there Nick, spring is right around the corner. I've owned several Corvettes and I really like this one. Nice running car for a fair price!
Thanks 👍
Looks like 73
It does
Why does a 72 have a 73 front end ?

I don't know why anyone would switch out the better looking chrome bumpers.
@@davidgalinat4257 I agree,
But we've all seen some of the ridiculous things folks do.
FrankinVette
So you'd have something to talk about.
It’s also missing the wiper door and egg crate vents from 72, but whatever the title says!
Don’t for get the vin
Classic.
Between 200 and 255 HP from the factory. I would like to think this one is on the higher end. Sounds amazing!
I've owned 2 C3 vetts and they are a blast to drive, and they are good looking cars.👌😊
Still looks good with a different front 👍✌️
Seems to run out well. Nice body style. What did I miss about the front end? Pretty good-looking Vette for the money. I bet it sells quick.
thx@@trevorjefferson6652
You are the most honest in the business.

HEY it LOOKS like that front end has been changed out . . . .
A model year after i was born. Pity that i look terrible in red 😅

What would it cost to put an original front end back?
Not a 72 bud

Not too bad for the price.
