Dr Fate us mainly zoning. His offense is meh but he has SOOO MANY abilities that are all really fun to utilize. I use the short combo into push back glyph, the I start my defense game with the Amon Ra blasts, orbs and glyphs. I only use his bubble when trait is on so that I punish my opponent for getting close with dot damage. All in all, he's fun as hell. Good breakdown Super
The thing with doctor fate is those land mine glyphs in the corner could be used to make some hard to bloackable set ups, Super you should look into that since it seems like Doc Fate has a really good safe corner game

One of my own mixups I like to use close range in emergencies (You don’t want to play him close range but just in case) I like 1 1 3 1 2 for a close combo starter

A move is safe on block when the recovery frames of you last attack are less then the startup frames of your enemies attack. He uses safe on block in the sense that the glyph pushes you so far back that even if your opponent were to attack you, you would be too far for them to hit.
Combo videos would be so much better for beginners if you put the combos on the screen

To get max damage off of f2 u3, use the S2 into glyph then b1 glyph then 112 glyph

i literally just did it in training, and i also didnt mention that it was supposed to be a corner combo, it can only be done in the corner obviously
and its not even optimal off of F2 U3, you can get 32% and 37% with three floating ankhs
