For this 5x3 slot format (with features and mystery side-features), I think Blueprint perfected with the Goonies. It had extra mysteries like the green key, the red key (kinda like invincible mode), and little quirks on the gamble wheel like the super no-lose gamble or 2nd chance gamble. It made the slot more interesting.
