why utility Z is the same as Z of conductor C-3 ?
The utility Z is 0.0017 at an angle of 82.88 and C1 impedance is 0.0003 at an angle of 45.
Is fire pump motor connected before main service be included in Fault Calc?
It would contribute fault current so I would say yes to modeling it. It's size will dictate how much contribution.
