Looks great! Here’s another way. Reverse Sear. Roast at 325F until internal temp is 110F. Pull and let rest for 15 minutes. Now place on rack and broil for 3-4 minutes per side until desired temp is reached. No need to rest again, just serve hot! Juicier than pre searing.

It looks like a really good recipe. But here in N.Y. across the whole state. They are usually served Bone-in because that bone Maro adds such richness to the dish. It's kind of like bone-in Pork chops... That's probably why everybody buys Stock instead of Broth. It's less Labor Intensive & our local restaurants don't cook the way we used to.

Can you tell us if the steak had any pink left in it all or was it well done thank you for your videos. I am purchasing a used one today.

These steaks were cooked just beyond pink. I'm sorry I forgot to cut into them on camera. Please check out my other steak videos. I try to cut most of them on camera.

I would have liked to see you cut it so I could know how done it was with the timing you used

I prefer the crock pot express the steam release is safer. The foodi or instant pot the release switch is to close to where steam comes out. 🤔 ♨️🔥

I agree with Dale, less movement on the camera. I had to just listen.

Looks like it could have used a little time under the aircrisp to put a little crust on the steaks...

I use my Foodi Ninja often to make Stock. I often make a veggie stock I label it Neutral and put it away. I make bone Stock the same way. But trust me it's so F'n good... In Soups & Stews!

Hope you enjoy it! I filmed that with an old camera and terrible lighting. I did overcook the broccoli but trust me it wasn't grey. Just bad lighting . Check out some of my newer videos. All new equipment. Thank you for watching!
