As I heard Brother Bill explain "dominion" I suddenly realized that dominion begins in our thoughts, in our minds, in our mental concepts and in the imaginings of MY heart. What am I "picturing" AS "true?" If it does NOT agree with God's GOOD, MOST HIGH Word about things then it is NOT TRUE.
If not...then I can - AND MUST -. get busy and TAKE DOMINION OVER them and "bring them into the obedience of Christ!" I MUST "dwell on" all of the "Whatsoever things are lovely and of GOOD report" listed in Philippians 4:8 & 9 - IF these are what I desire to experience more of in my life - and for others.
