It's never not funny when dark helmet lifts his mask 😂 like everytime he gets emotional the mask is just an inconvenience and he abandons it. When lone Starr flys away and helmet lifts his mask and says "what happened, where are they?" The timing is sensational 😂

It's extra funny that I've forgot a lot of the jokes and now I get to revisit them..
My wife was teaching middle school (7th grade) math. It was the end of the year and the students were allowed to bring a video tape from home (yes, video tape as this was a long time ago). One student brought Space Balls. He started playing the movie and after a few minutes my wife thought she should call the office and see if this movie was OK. It wasn't and she was fired. I have always wished that I could tell Mel Brooks this story.
Wow in 7th grade at the end of the school year we watched Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors. That was way worse than Spaceballs

So she noticed a potential issue (meaning she was attentive and caring), reported it to the director of the school in order to have guidance (meaning she followed the right procedures and did not overstep her authority) and the reponse she got was that she was fired? Wow... strange way to motivate your employees...!

When I was a kid, I saw this movie _before_ ever seeing both Star Wars and Star Trek.
This is one of those movies where you need to pay attention to everything even the background, when he says prepare to attack, the guards on the upper deck in the back point their guns at the screen 😅
