Thanks for the video, took me a while to put it back together - (kept coming back off) til I realised you have to push it anti-clockwise as far as it will go, past the first bit of resistance, where it locks into place.

Thanks for your video, my showerhead rubber ring had come off inside hence why it was pouring water out down the one side.. I thought I needed a new one. All fixed and sorted now 👌🏼

best method is to get the designers to try and open them with thier teeth.

Finally worked out a method.
1, remove head from hose.
2, Loosen the grille as much as you can using the usual method
3, put the assembly back on the hose.
4, turn on the shower with reasonable power. This should push the grille out.
P.s. Take care not to put too much load on the shower

You can just use a pin or needle and go around each hole..it works..
