Your offer of assistance targeted at those with a tech education speaks volumes of your character. Let's hope it reaches out to as many of those driven out of their own country.
I have just rewatched your "Why I left California for Warsaw, Poland" feature 5 months after I first saw it. I still think it is one nifty piece of work judging by how it pierces through the Polish facade of "can't do" grumpiness. I'm not a techie but I guess there's some software to measure its ripple effect.

It surely needs more views. Dominik maybe consider renaming it to something more search friendly like "Help Ukraine - IT work for Ukrainians" - sounds kinda bad, but You really need more reach with this great message.
