I'm literally crying my eyes out. I remember my first time watching The Vampire Diaries, around 3 years ago. I remember seeing Elena and falling in love with her character, I really connected and related to her, I'd been through some similar things, I had similar fall outs with friends, I understood her. TVD has been a major part of my high school life, guiding me through, keeping me happy on days when I'm down, hope for a great relationship, or great friends, or a great life when I'm older. I will always remember Elena Gilbert as a big influence on me :) I love her, and I love Stefan, Damon and everyone else. I'm no longer sad about Elena Gilbert being gone, I'm genuinely so happy I even got to see her and connect with her, I'm forever grateful. Now I have the rest of my life to look up to Nina Dobrev, she teaches me not to grow up, to live in the moment and never stop having fun, and I love her for that. Elena will always have a special place in my heart but now Nina is more to me and I'm so happy I've found an idol who I really love.
