I think after you go to the car showroom and find out who the man was that beat you and looted your property I would get the lawyer to File a complaint against him and file a lawsuit against the car showroom for selling him your car before they paid you the rest that sounds alot like car stealing and didn't they give you a check? could you file another complaint for their bad check.
