I took and passed my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner test last night. Thank you Cloud Guru. I watched all 10 videos twice if not three times and I looked up and read the FAQ's from the AWS sites on the services etc. The test didn't have the exact questions and the teaser answers were a little more "technical" than expected but by breaking down each answer and knowing the technology from the FAQs I passed. The test leaned heavy of billing/costs Hybrid models and I had at least three questions on AWS Rekognition.

The question on 17:09 i think you are wrong; The correct answer should be "B". The pay as you go model will vary in expense compared to running application in private data center where the company need to pay upfront for hardware and resources.
At 06:48, you have answered Business as the right answer. But, question asked is without additional costs. Enterprise plan does it without additional costs whereas Business does it with additional fee. Please check and confirm if I am right or explain in case wrong.
6.:42 this question`s answer is ENTERPRISE. Because question is saying WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS.Even the page you are showing says Business plan can use Infrastructure Event Management with additional costs.
Question itself says "withOUT additional costs" . Documentation says in business plan , there WILL be additional costs. So, the answer DOES NOT holds good. Enterprise is the right anwer.
The right answer for the future cost should be AWS Cost & Usage Report as it forecasts the monthly expense(also future) in advance for a period of upto 12 months.
But monthly calculater is specific for estimation, it doesn't need older used cost report. Cost usage report is not for estimation purpose, it's more on analysing cost used
At 6:41 AWS site mentions that infrastructure event management for business users is available with an additional fee, don’t u think answer to ques at 6:22 should be enterprise and not business ??
Aws Cost Explorer indeed can forecast future cost for service, but only, based on previous usage of the service. As it mentioned in the question: 'for running new web apps', so Cost Explorer is incorrect option.

Hi, At 6.32 The answer should be "Enterprise" right ? since they mentioned without any additional fees and Business has Additional fee. Can you please explain your answer ?
How should a customer forecast the future costs for running a new web application? the correct answer should be D. AWS Cost and Usage Report. Please note.
question (38:00 minute), i think that A and B are for Scalability not Elasticity. I think C and E are correct, C: the traffic redirection can be done by ELASTIC Load Balancing so we are in the elasticity. what do you think ?
A and B are correct, sorry : "In terms of AWS: Scalability refers to the ability for your resources to increase or decrease in size or quantity... Elasticity is the ability for your resources to scale in response to stated criteria, often CloudWatch rules " from StackOverFlow.
17:30 @Cloud Guru is this correct..? In question it is not mention were application in running? my guess it is in AWS ( if on-premises than your answer is correct) (if in AWS than answer is Cost explorer )
Ya I believe it is Cost explorer as well. Video is a little outdated though and simple monthly calculator has been taken out... So I overlooked that question
@@cloudguruninja - if 'C' is about ELB, then 'C' is about 'elasticity' as it implies in its name (E-LB). Yes, 'C' is not about 'auto-scaling' like 'B" does.
