- Hailing from Rio de Janeiro, Anderson Parkes is a wicked talent. I met him in Second Life while sharing a stage at a venue called After Dark on Idle Rogue. I immediately connected with his vibe. His diverse songbook, the tasty way he accompanies (acoustic and occasionally live looping) his WORLD CLASS voice. I checked his request list and saw JANIS on there and it wasn't Piece of My Heart, Summertime or Bobby.. It was TRY. And not only did he sing it... HE NAILED THE MONEY NOTES WITH VIGOUR.

@@loranalary yeah I think you might have it mixed up with somewhere else. There are Americans and Aussies calling it home. But I think Willie may have mixed it up with another place with a negative memory…. perhaps a similar name? This community saved me when Brian died. And did a fundraiser after I became homeless in the wake of his death. This community raised enough money for me to get myself sorted.
