  • Farm to Plate, an initiative by Honesty Cookery School, offers local farmers and producers a stage to showcase their produce in an intimate dinner setting.
    For our first event, we invited Street Croft Farm, a regenerative farm based in Herriard, Basingstoke, UK. Here, Robin Popham, a highly skilled chef/consultant created a truly bespoke menu, using the whole animal from top to tail. Limited to just 20 guests per event, the event created a great atmosphere for guests to connect directly with the producers and chef, engaging in conversations about their food, cooking and farming practices.
    Inspired by the eye-opening documentary “6 Inches of Soil” (SIOS) , which explores the challenges faced by UK farmers amidst the dominance of the food and supermarket industry, Farm to Plate aims to bridge the gap between consumers and producers.
